Walker relieves Hein as Federal On-Scene Coordinator

NEW ORLEANS - Capt. Duke Walker, the incoming Federal On-Scene Coordinator for Deepwater Horizon, meets with out-going FOSC Capt. Julia Hein, Nov. 11, 2011.
